I think the cast chemistry works in F4. To the point that it gives them a vibe that the story doesn't necessarily deliver. A real testament to how good Pedro, Kirby, and Cousin are.

See a lot of negativity about Pedro/Kirby but I really felt a deep, quiet connection between them. Two adults who’ve been together a long, long time.

And that's exactly how I felt about Superman, ironically. That script badly needed a rewrite, Lois and Clark's dynamic for dating only 3 months in that story was off, but the chemistry prevailed.

You didn't care about what they said to each other, you just felt the interactions and the passion between Corenswet and Brosnahan.

Admittedly this is a great look for him and I did find him attractive for the first time as Lex Luthor which is wild to me, but it’s still not enough to compete with my weakness for a good strong jaw.

Hoult just needs some of the MCU's anabolic cocktails to fix that. Hemswort's jaw before and after a decade of gear is the best endorsement for the androgenic side effects of anabolic steroids I have ever seen.
