There are still a good number of names missing from that list who are likely to at least make a cameo appearance. Cumberbatch, Larson, Renner, Cheadle, Samuel L. Jackson, maybe Holland and Ruffalo but maybe not since they're in Brand New Day.

It gets worse, Paramount has bought the rights for UFC events and with Snyder supposedly attached to a UFC film and the possibility of WB being sold or merged, the cries have started for Paramount to buy or merge with WB and bring Snyder back for DC films.

Marvel does loves to use actors in one movie to show up in a scene for the next movie coming out that year. Holland and Ruffalo will be in since they’re the closest in the MCU to Stark/Doom. Rest I’m not too sure about

The disc release is September 23rd so I'd say it might hit HBO Max the Friday before if they follow the same release pattern as Sinners. So maybe September 19th?

EDIT: I also saw that the Minecraft Movie started streaming on HBO Max the Friday before its disc release so I'd feel safe betting money that Superman's streaming date is 9/19.
