I do kinda wonder why they brought Titannus back for S3. No carrier zord from Kakuranger, but they felt the need for an ultra zord. I forget if they rereleased Titannus with the Ninja zords.

Not only did they rerelease the toy but I'm pretty sure they used the actual toy for the footage when you see the Ninja Megazord in it. Other than that it's just reused Sentai footage for when Titanus rolls in.

I stuck around a lot longer than most, I stopped watching after Rangers in Space. Cassie and Ashley is seriously underrated! Did we ever find out who the Phantom Ranger was?

I continued watching until Time Force. Afterwards, I was getting more into comic books, BTAS, JL, Spider-man, Hulk etc…

Anime was also becoming a much bigger part of my life.

As a '99 baby, the first Rangers I really watched and paid attention to were the Wild Force Rangers, then stayed until S.P.D. The Dino Thunder Rangers were my team, and remain my favorite season. Do still have this one DVD that was the best thing in the world:

The Space Rangers/Galaxy Rangers and Galaxy Rangers/Lightspeed Rescue crossover episodes rule to this day.

• Both the Ninja and Shogun Ultrazords were formations exclusive to Power Rangers. Kakuranger did not have its own carrier beast like Zyuranger (Titanus) and Dairanger (Tor) did. The Zord was formed by filming the Bandai America toys, which explains why the Shogun Ultrazord and Dischordia never appeared in the same shot, why the White Shogunzord is pink in any shot of the formation, and why the designs on the Shogun Megazord's chest and shoulders were replaced by thunderbolts.

It makes sense since they were really running the well dry with Sentai footage by the time they got to season 3 before they realized they had to leave the MMPR suits behind and start fresh with Zeo.
