The son of some bad guy from an alternate dimension that Spider-Man and Mary Jane encountered while dimension hoping during some Spider-Verse bs or something. Blah blah blah bad writing, Peter got sent back to 616, but MJ didn't. Time dilation between the worlds resulted in MJ being trapped in that dimension with Paul for 4 years and they get married or something. They have two kids. Peter brings them back to 616. MJ continues to live with Paul. Peter becomes a mega **** and starts working with Norman Osborn like a *****. The kids die because of more stupid writing reasons. MJ becomes Venom, and now she's breaking up with Paul.

The cycle continues of pain.

I knew everyone hated the new Spider-man run and "Paul" was shorthand for all that but what you just described is worse than I could have imagined.

When I say lose, I don't mean straight up. I mean losing overall gross. WB doesn't have enough money makers next year to risk it.

I mean, they have a variety of solid profitmakers, if those horror movies have smart budgets. And I think they have some hope for Supergirl to be solid, if maybe not at Superman's level.

Though good ****ing lord, July is a just a buzz saw next year. If you thought JW-Superman-FF was bad, whew baby. Minions 3- Moana live action- Odyssey- Evil Dead- Spider-man.
