The Naked Gunn in The Superhero Cinematic Civil War Thread - Part 62

Did something happen in 2016? That feels like 28 years to 3 lifetimes ago :o

Oh, Tom Brady. How I miss watching you completely own everyone around the league. Good times. That second to last year in Tampa was a blast. Playing the AFC East one last time. Blowing out the Dolphins. Crushing Bills' and Jets' hearts with game winning drives in the final seconds/OT.

God, if only he had divorced his wife during that season. Then he wouldn't have been such a sourpuss during that Rams divisional game. They should've won, and wouldn't have lost to the Jimmy G Niners or that Bengals team.

(Technically more on topic than football lol) Agreed, looking forward to an official still and not just a production photo. But even for just something shot on someone's iphone it looks excellent
It's almost a 1:1 recreation of the Classic Suit on the PS4 game apart from the chest spider. I know we haven't really seen it in action yet apart from the Holland teaser video (which doesn't really count) but I really don't think that they'll be able to top this as far as any future Classic Spidey looks in live action.

Going back to OTC Benadryl. That hydroxyzine just knocked me out for most of the day. I was so sleepy and my mouth so dry.

I know as a Spider-Man fan, I can't complain too much as we've been lucky that the character has looked pretty good in just about every film, but it's kind of crazy how much better these characters and their designs look when you just keep it simple. Like is it really that hard?

I mean just look at Wolverine. Sure, the yellow and blue suit isn't terrible, but that brown and yellow one shown for like 5 seconds was significantly better. These designs all work because of their simplicity. You don't need a panel line to explain every little detail. Wolverine can just have stripes on his suit. Spider-Man can just be a onesie without shoulder chevrons.

Spider-Man is more annoying to mess up, because it really is that simple to translate. It's like Superman. Look how much better the suit looked with the classic trunks. Bats is fun to mess with though. Wonder Woman's film look was a great upgrade. Really dug Thors evolution.
