i'm not worried about Winnick... i wouldn't read anything currently I've heard it's bad.... what about Smith???

It's not silly, but it does have some funny moments here and there. Sounds of Violence (which features Otomanopia) is deadly serious.

Oh and Winnick had his good stories during his GA run. Straight Shooter being the best. That arc was as good as anything in Smith's run. I also liked his introduction of Brick. Everything else was meh to marginally entertaining.

I'd just like to say that I can't believe David Goyer's stupid ****ing Green Arrow Supermax movie is still reported to be gaining favor in the Warner Bros. organization.

It seems an odd choice to start a franchise with, but I'm kind of curious about how it would turn out. It's pretty ballsy to finally break from the traditional "1st movie = origin" model.
