As far as the 2-pack market is going right now, Valkyrie/Hulk is the most expensive and the generally the hardest to find at auction, followed by the Black Widow (black)/ Winter Soldier, then the two Deadpool 2-packs, red folowed by X-men, and then the grey Black Widow variant. That's with me checking Ebay daily looking for the best prices on each one. I paid $100. for the Valkyrie/Hulk, $80. for Black Widow (black)/WS, $140. for the pair of DP packs, and $60. for grey BW/WS.

I think it depends on how quickly you want them. I swear I've seen some of those 2packs recently much cheaper at collectible stores, amazon, and flea markets. The reason hulk and val are probably scarce is that they weren't in high demand. So there's less sellers. Deadpool is a hot item so there's probably more bidding options. Not to mention redpool's value will surely drop once its ml epic Heroes variant rehash pops up

More awesome stuff today. Won a ML Guardian on Ebay, and just got back from a comic convention where Some guy had a table full of Toy Biz ML's for $10. each. I got Doc Ock and Abomination. Not too shabby.

It really is amazing how awesome Toybiz really was. The amount of detail, especially in the paint application, the incredible extras, the awesome over-sized figures... And all for under $10.00 !! I know it contributed to their downfall, and it simply isn't sustainable with the cost of plastics nowadays, but man.. You look at series 3 and on from Toybiz is and you realize that they hit a peak quality-wize that will never be matched. The best figures Hasbro puts out are just average or even sub-par when compared to what we got in the mid 2000's.

Halfway to completing Ares, and I got the two toughest one's out of the way. I can't wait to get him completed. That has been my most desired piece from the beginning. Can't wait to put together my Mighty Avengers and Dark Avengers set-ups ! Not to mention a Crossbones to go with Red Skull and Arnim Zola. Now we just need a Sin figure.. Maybe when the Captain America Legends come out. Ooh.. I just thought of something.. Streets of Poison diorama! All that's needed is a Cap, Crossbones, Punisher, Daredevil, grey Black Widow, Red Skull, Bullseye, and Kingpin. Too bad we still don't have a Mockingbird.. What is the best Daredevil figure? I've heard that it's either the red carded Spider-Man classics (which supposedly has the same buck as series 6 Deadpool) or the one from the Urban Legends box set.. Is the face-off one any good ? I do need a Kingpin, but should I get one of those other Daredevils too? I only have the red variant Hasbro one right now, and he aint all that great.

Eh.... Both company's have major hits and major misses. The last couple toybiz waves were pretty mediocre... The gangly wasp / spiderwoman body, lack of washes, pyro with hair not even painted on and it being the same color of his mask .....

And the first few waves from hasbro sucked badly.... The two packs and return of marvel legends changed all that though. Figs now are on par with toybiz and i dare say the female figures have honestly never looked better

the females are better. Madame Hydra? Maria Hill? Awesome compared to spider woman or black cat. Hasbro better female figures. Toy Biz better male figures.

Rob, get the Face Off Daredevil & Kingpin. That's probably the best figure each of them ever has or will have. The Spider-Man Classics is decent. He actually looks very much like Quesada drew him, but for me, the articulation is lacking, and he looks small next to other Legends. Get the Face Off set. Black suit kingpin comes with maskless DD. I just have the regular version. Love em both!

And really, Kingpin on a flight stand. ...need I say more?
