yeah.. but then i'd have to find a company that makes custom slip covers...

i just don't know why they dropped the format like that... especially when hercules has never had a proper re-release

i dunno why they're doing it either. they're also starting to drop the DVD from the BD/DVD/DC route and making it just BD and DC, which i'm not a fan
(bd - bluray, dvd = dvd, dc = digital copy for those who don't know)

also, as for custom covers, you can print your own. i can direct you to a few sites or links where people make them. i've seen some killer stuff

also, i ordered the Hercules Steelbook from Zavvi and I can't wait to get it. Hercules is one of my faves. I wish I couldn't gotten Aladdin and Mulan but they're sold out :(

Print from home? or order out? I don't mind making my own, but the quality of the case and the print is something i'd care about. I wouldn't want it to look home-made.

and yeah... i noticed that as well.. not to mention Oz the Great and Powerful 3D was just the 3D film... no 2d blu-ray I was pissed that they did that.

I thought the whole idea behind the Blu-Ray + DVD was the fact that most homes don't have multiple blu-ray players... and many family's have DVD players in their mini-vans so it sucks buying a blu-ray when it wont play on the Van's DVD player... (i don't think mini vans with Blu-ray are all that common yet but i could be wrong.)

It doesn't look like the legs have joints. I've noticed that on a lot of older NECA figures. I don't know their reasoning behind it, but hip joints seem like such a basic thing to leave off of an action figure.

Doesn't. Lots of Neca figures don't, they are made for pre-posed positions.

Arkham City: Talia (On clearance at $9 marked down from $38) 2nd one as i bought my previous one off ebay bundled with the city deadshot figure, the paint was kind of wonky on her eye and she didn't have the sword

Neca: Gears of War 3 3/4 inch Marcus (Again on clearance $4 from $15)
for such a small scale i was impressed with the articulation/detail considering pretty much all my neca figures are in the 6/7inch scale and have limited articulation

Dvd's
Disney's Robin Hood
Riddick
Pacific Rim
Despicable Me 1+2
3.10 to Yuma
The Blues Brothers 2 disc 25th anniversary edition

Got these at a local toy-con:

Read some QC issues from NECA for Atlas and P-Body. Hopefully mine are fine...

i know some people print at home (brochure paper is most popular) and many get them done at Office Depot/Office Max and the like

isn't brochure paper flimsy though? it'd be great for the print for the cover, but not the cardstock sleeve.

Haven't had one of these since Christmas of 1992.

Arkham City (Comic Miniseries)
Arkham Unhinged, Vol 1

Disney Infinity: Elsa and Vanellope
couldn't care for the game itself but i like the sculpting on some of the figures

were you talking about slipcovers? i thought you meant the cover art. there are some guys who make custom slipcovers but I don't know much about that
