They were only allowed permission to produce 7'' figure under the paint scheme and packaging of the NES line. Which really sucks, but I do like the NES figures so this is awesome.

I love my Hawkeye.

Be careful with his bow though, mine was posed like yours then one day the bow just decided to explode. Managed to glue it, but it destroyed one of the arrows.
