I'm pretty sure the the only figures that are going the 2-2.75 route are the guardian of the galaxy movie figures. They're going that route with those supposedly because of all the space ships, vehicles, and such they plan to release with the movie. They're still planning on keeping the 3.75 inch figures with the Marvel Infinite (aka Marvel Universe) line.

Well the 3/34 scale is ending apparently. They're becoming 2 in something now

that stinks! It's bad enough the detail has suffered since Avengers. Steve looks nothing like the one rocket launcher variant, it hardly even LOOKS like Chris

The only thing I've read from toy fair was that the Guardian movie figs were going to be in the 2.75 scale. That's due to all the vehicles and ships to go with them. The rest of the movie figs, as well as, the new Marvel Infinite (Marvel Universe) are 3.75.

They released the wave breakdown for Marvel Infinites:

Wave 1
- Captain America
- Grim Reaper
- Modular Armor Iron Man
- Marvel Now Incredible Hulk
- Hyperion
- Wasp

Wave 2:
- Death's Head
- Red She-Hulk
- Commander Rogers
- Eric Masterson Thor
- Whirlwind
- Yellow Jacket
- Beta Ray Bill

Only three figures for wave 3 have been announced so far.

Wave 3:
- Ares
- Deathlok
- Ionic Energy Wonder Man

Stopped at a Walmart on my way into work this morning saw they had almost a full case of Spider-man legends put out minus Black Cat. It wasn't a swap case because Carnage and Beetle were still there. Passed on the Carnage and asked an employee about the Captain America Legends. Said they had a case in the back and grabbed it for me. Was hoping for wave 2 figs but it was just wave one. So I grabbed my third AIM Soldier. Almost picked up another Hydra soldier, but I figured I have two and I could grab one more later.

You passed on carnage? Beautiful figure, harder to find, and easily the best the character ever looked

Yea I already got him. I thought about picking him up again or maybe as a trade, but decided not to. Rather get the swaps instead.

Stopped at a random target by my wife's work to pick up a gift for one of her coworker's daughter's birthday. No spidey swaps but found two movie Caps. One had terrible paint but the other was perfect so I grabbed him. Looked like I just missed the widow and winter soldier because the rest of the case was still there.

Without a doubt.

I love that Neca went the extra mile to sculpt Keaton's entire face even though it would be covered with a non removable cowl. Neca really outdid themselves and I personally think this figure tops the Hot Toys version. It's far more accurate to the actual suit used in the film keeping the slightly rough texture the 89 suit had and the chest muscle sculpt is more accurate than HT's version which is a great figure but personally looks to polished for the 89 look. Not to mention the 18" height and accessories included with him are just icing on the cake when he's nearly $200 or so cheaper. This is clearly the superior figure in my opinion and a truly a steal for the price he's being sold for.

having a hard time finding Batman under $50. i skipped over him 4 times bec i was waiting on my order at my comic shop but they never shipped batman.

i wasn't going to get batman originally but i saw him in person and had to get him, idk if i like it better than the asylum version though, i wish he came with open hands though, that's my only minor gripe with him,even if he didn't have accessories, there's enough from the other batmans in the arkham line

same with joker, just closed fists which doesn't offer many options for posing, a gun hand would've been nice

My local stores suck with these. I only got Red Skull and Zemo weeks after many people here did. My Target has had the same 2 WWII Cap's for over month.

how often do you check? you'd be shocked at how fast these sell out... and they're all over now.. Most Walmarts, Kmart, Meijer

they usually don't last more than a day on the rack (at least anyone but cap)

my target puts stuff out on Monday, Weds, and Friday. so i just made it a habit to stop by those days. I did pretty well because of it.
