I think it's pretty good. Yea the avatars are piss poor but apparently they are releasing downloadable clothes and stuff. I think the option to burn the game onto your hard drive is pretty useful as well, so you can just load a game on then take it back!

What they could do is give rental stores like Blockbuster or Gamefly copies of the game that you can't burn onto your HDD.

Even if you put the game on your HDD it still requires the disc to play, just now it makes load times shorter and somewhat quiets your xbox.

Why? You can burn it on there as many times as you want, you still won't be able to play it once you return the game.

You need the disc in the disc drive in order to play the game. It just doesn't spin the disc.

It doesn't use the disc to play the game. But you need the disc in the drive for it to confirm that you have the game and aren't just copying and selling your titles.
