What I'm saying is that I wouldn't have wanted DOB as a teen playing a teen, I'd rather see him in his early 20's playing one.

And I'd rather not see him at all! Funny how these things work out, huh? t: I honestly don't see the attraction of him in the role for so many people. He just comes off as a poor man's Andrew Garfield to me.

That said, I can't begrudge you of your opinion. He's not the guy who I'd give my vote to for the role, but more power to you if you do.

Is O'Brien under consideration for the role? Has he been approached or is this all fanboy wishful thinking? I think he looks young enough to do the last 2 years of HS and then just throw spidey into college. Keeping him in HS for too long is silly. I think O'Brien would definitely be the most ideal and natural choice. It would definitely be a casting coup.

For me I said it before never cared much for the short list. Ideally I thought when dylan name first came up and was possibly linked. He would have been a good choice. Fan of character can do humor has the look. Hits all the marks I would have been happy with.

But between tom and asa. I haven't seen any of there works. And I do agree both are good actors. Asa for me he has the unknown factors on could he do humor and pull it off. On top of I don't like his look. Where as learning more of tom. He seems better pick. Has singing dance and gymnastics background comes from a comedian father and seems more lively and natural then asa. Better suited for how Kevin wants pete and spidey.

I'm starting to like Asa more and more. He just needs to hit the gym and be less reserved.

Chalamet looks so extremely unlikeable to me. He looks mean and mischievous. Not even close to how I picture Peter Parker.

Oscorp I brought this up asa is more the stiff reverse British type. On type of his skinny lean petite frame. And seeing how his father looks he likely would not be able or would bulk up any more then his skinny frame he is presently. And we have the unknown factor on can he do humor. And not have it come out forced or wooden.

Even though I know nothing much on tom. He seems better fitted for all we need.
