You gave me a jump at the "might still be alive" part for a second lol. I liked the TASM films and always will, but there was room for improvement for sure.

To make a long story short, Marvel is now at liberty to have Spidey in any of their films, which will reportedly start with a cameo appearance in Cap 3 and/or an after-credits scene in Avengers: Age of Ultron, which will be filmed as soon as the deal is officially announced, if they decide to go that route.

He has also told me that the two companies are trying to keep this under wraps as best as possible just until after next month's Spidey Summit, which is when they will go public with this info.

Well, it's a second hand source. The poster said his source over at Marvel accurately described how Vision would look in AoU, before any concept art was released.

As of now, of course, there is no way of knowing if the poster is legit or not. He said himself that he would've taken himself with a grain of salt, if he were us.
