Yeah, Jamie Foxx hosted. All great sketches

I liked how even Dermot Mulroney got confused to who he was during the "Dylan McDermott or Dermot Mulroney" Sketch.

Also, it's the closest that Jamie Foxx will ever get to doing Tyler Perry. He's an almost A-Lister, and Black actors like him and his Django co-star Sam Jackson would never work with Tyler Perry, leading me to think he (Perry) is not all that popular among the mainstream African American actors.

The fact that he (Foxx) is willing to make fun of Perry shows he has zero interest in working with the guy in real life.

The Madea and Dylan McDermott/Dermot Mulroney skits were great.

If they do the McDermott/Mulroney skit again, they need to have McDermott appear and maybe have him show a movie clip from one of Mulroney's movies.

Dylan McDermott tweeted about the sketch saying:

#SNL SKIT MCDERMOTT OR MULRONEY??? Even I can't tell them apart!!!

and

I am Derbal McDillet.

That "Derbil McDillet" actually had me crying :D

The McDermot/Mulroney bit was hilarious, could the SNL writers have read my post in the Celebrities who aren't related thread?

Mace Dolex said:
Not exactly physically similar but I always mix up these actors names because they all have the same initials.

Bill Paxton & Bill Pullman

Dylan McDermott & Dermot Mulroney

Mena Suvari & Mira Sorvino

Its a common mix-up, I doubt they read your post :p

Wow, that was the funniest SNL episode in years.

Jamie Foxx should become a cast member. XD

That was a great episode. Solid episode from beginning to end.

"Why clearly my ninja?" :lmao:

Sam's slip-up and Keenan's reaction were only good part of the episode.

I realize that Martin Short is a "comedy legend", I even enjoyed a couple of his films growing up, but he just needs to retire. His comedy style/schtick just doesnt work nowadays :(

Taran Killam needs to do that Michael Keaton impression every week. Shoehorn it into at least one sketch, no matter how random.

Anyone see the show last night? It was actually qutie good. The Starbucks commerical was hilarious. Defiently the best one they've done in a long time

LOL..loved that skit

Anyone noticed that when they showed this, they said Hobbit Eight instead of Hobbit Ten?

Jennifer Lawrence :)

I liked a few of the sketches. The Starbucks and waitress one were great. And I liked the B108 one too. The top dog chef one was alright. And yeah, I noticed that Hobbit thing too. :funny:

I enjoyed the Top Dog Chef skit. The episode overall was pretty good. I thought Jennifer did well enough during her monologue since it was her first time.

Watching last night, I now understand why men think Jennifer is hot.

Never heard of Kendrick Lamar until this week.

I don't know what to make of him.

Wow the impossible happened last night. We got 2 good shows in a row. Overall, that was a pretty decent show and Levine hit it. Loved that Samberg came back for another short as I liked YOLO. Too bad he didnt when Rihanna was on earlier this season

LOL at Hader. He was the highlight of this sketch

Haha, he made a good Mayer

The Gay talk show was also funny

Never heard of Kendrick Lamar until this week.

I don't know what to make of him.
Ive heard his first song before but never knew who song it. I dug it and the second one. Im gonna look him up

I think that "not exactly my type" cast member is REALLY cute, especially when she does her Miley Cyrus

The high school sopranos skit made my life haha
