the pulling the web out of his neck seemed confirmed that Peter will have a combination of organic webbing WITH the help of mechanic shooters

hmmmm i did notice him pulling the web out of his neck

Saved that one on my hardrive. :woot:
It actually looks f****** sweet in that gif.

Showed the trailer to my kid brother. When it got to the first-person perspective his face lit up into a big grin.

It's beautiful. I love the weight of it, the way the camera shakes when he catches himself--just adds that edge of imperfection that is evident in real physics. If that's bad CGI, give me more.

That last scene makes a case for immersion vs clarity.

I gag every time I people go on an on about knowing exactly what's going on at all moments. I'd rather experience and I think Web is going to make this film an experience..in 3D.

more gifs plz

Okay....

Are there any HD download links?

If so, could somebody edit the first page of this thread so people don't have to look through pages and pages.

you could PM a mod to do it instead of internet screaming.

Exactly right. It's reminiscent of being on a roller-coaster. Those things are never too smooth.

Has anybody actually got a link to it though? The damn thing won't work on movies-list either.

Sorry, but it'd be much appreciated if somebody posted it.

Loved it, yea the suit is different but whos to say it won't change or start to morph into the older suit later.
The POV stuff was great.
Glad to have Spidey back :D

The web on Peter's neck is probably just a bit of web that stuck there while the spider bit him. When he's pulling it from his neck, he probably realises how strong it is and that's where he gets the idea of making his own spider web and web shooters.

That's what I think.

Yep.

I seriously doubt they're going to use a mixture of mechs and organics...

Although those were in the draft script, along with the whole POV scene.

Which I LOVE btw, brings back memories of the first Spider-Man movie game for some reason.

could be...but having spider webs on me I never had to pull that hard to get them off...and it seemed the web was coming from the hole in his neck

I just think it's from the bite and may be arbitrary. You could be right though. I don't think it'll point to organics since they already said they decided to go with Peter creating his own webbing

Looking at the HD trailer in freeze frame it's still unclear what is throwing the cars on the bridge.

Always wanted to see him used in a movie.

May be the Lizard, but as of yet they may not have put him in.

The last quote in the trailer before the POV stuff sounds like The Lizard to me. :D

Also, the gif I just commented on, I can only imagine what that's going to be like in 3D IMAX. For instance, when I watched TDK in IMAX, the first shots where the clowns blow out the window then zip across to the next roof, the camera follows them out of the window and then looks down to the street, you got a great sense of height and I almost lost my lunch. I hope this does the same, and if it does, I imagine it will be even more gripping, nauseating, and awesome.
