Kind of sucks that it'll be in the last of the upcoming DLC packs, but it's nice that they're finally upping the cap.

Does anyone knows if playing with a female character changes the game in any way..?

One or two of the perks change, Amata doesn't have a crush on you (although you are still friends), and the pronouns and insults from Three Dog change. Nothing too earth-shattering.

you have some different speech options with certain male characters and the Black Widow perk is nice to have...

Supposedly it's a lot more useful than the Ladykiller perk if you're male, since most of the important NPCs are men.

I know I'll eventually give it a try..

I wasn't a fan of the whole Vault 101 side story....just left a bad taste...

I thought it was kind of stupid and pointless. I'm planning to murder everyone I missed during my escape. I only wish I hadn't killed Butch that first time and laughed while his mom got eaten by radroaches so I could pop both of 'em in the head this time.

wow, Corp....are there some unresolved issues that you want to talk about??

Yeah, what's with going all the way back there just to be asked to leave again..? At least, that's what happened to me, heh. I didn't kill them though..

Nothing wrong with that. Unless you scream DIEEE DIEEEE!!!!111 while playing the game

Probably the one with the Charles Manson lyrics :funny: :oldrazz:

Just got to Level 20 with my new, very nice character. I planned all my perks out better, have just one bobblehead left to collect, and am collecting as many skill books as I can.

I also went and killed all of the behemoths. They ain't no match for my Alien Blaster. My next goal is to finish up getting the achievements that I can get. Make 1 of every custom weapon, Kill 300 People (almost there), and get the final bobblehead from Raven Rock.

I'm amazed at just how many more places I've been to in this playthrough than my last one. There's still a bunch of places I haven't been.

I remember killing almost 400 :O maybe I'm worse than you? :oldrazz:

I hope if Bethesda does another game, maybe they can address Vault-Tec and whoever runs that whole mess...there are Vaults all over the country and someone still has to be in charge

Why? The Vaults were designed to be totally self-sufficient, weren't they? They wouldn't need anyone to be in charge--just have the Overseers follow the original instructions for the Vault they're in charge of and pass it down to future Overseers and everything could run as it was meant to indefinitely.

...but you know how corporations are....there is always someone in charge somewhere...

I suppose. I wouldn't be averse to the idea in future games, I just don't think it's that likely that a corporation could stay organized in the post-nuclear wastes enough to still perform day-to-day operations.

Odd choice to play an American president, I thought, but he gave a great performance as Eden.

Hmmm wonder if I should kill everyone in Paradise Falls...

If you're a good guy, go for it. It's fun and you actually get positive karma for killing anyone in there who has an actual name (like Eulogy or Carolina Red, as opposed to the random "Slaver" people).
