Besides, people crying at weddings is not only normal, but it's also commonplace--even for the most "macho" of men. I shed a tear or two at my own wedding...I was just blown away at the sight of seeing my wife come down the aisle. Wasn't expecting that emotion, and I'm 220 lb bodybuilder... So go figure...emotions get the best of people...and Ben looked fine.

Let's hope so. For all we know, Johnny could reenter the earth's atmosphere over fricking China or somewheres. After all, it's not like the Surfer was concerned with releasing him directly over his hometown. He just dragged a man into outer space to get rid of him! LOL

Johnny will have to flame on in order to get through the heat of the planet's atmosphere. But how will he be able to do so with no oxygen--not to mention breathe???

That's crazy when you think about it.

Ben's sniffling is straight from the comic. He is hardly "crying like a schoolgirl on helium" as one poster put it.
And people have custom wedding toppers made all the time. Why wouldn't Reed's figure be stretching around Sue?

Why does no one notice Bruce Wayne's finances and their link to Batman?
Why did the X-Men build all that stuff undergruond with no one noticing?

There's no myster here. Johnny will survive the fall. The question is how and there's no flying superheroes that could be up there to save him that fast, and I doubt the Fantastic would be ready in time to go and save him. So the only possible answers are:

a) Johnny re-ignites and the surfer vanishes for the time being.
b) The surfer realizes what he's done and decides to zip down and save him before moving on.

Part (b) above could be the first sign that the Surfer's emotions are gonna get in the way of Galactus' plan.

As much as this franchise sounds like its getting an act together for the characters sake. I can see something hollywood happening. Like the fantastic fours mobile. It would catch johnny when he free falls. Then he just hits hard and on to a new scene where we see them discuss who that was.

I am hoping that this is what happens with the Surfer...flying all over the world, he lands in Latveria and that is when...

The trailer sounds awesome, and I can't wait to see it on the big screen. From the sound of it, this movie has a better feel than the first movie. I am still wondering if this is going to lead into FF3 or not. I am not convinced either way right now, so we shall see.
