Which book do you think Gambit is more likely to end up in once Legacy is over? Uncanny or Adjectiveless?

I don't care so long as he doesn't end up in limbo..... I would be curious to see how Bianchi draws him though if he landed in Astonishing. I love Bianchi's art.

Him landing in AXM is probably the least likely of options.

I imagine they'd try to send him on undercover missions while making him wear those uniforms with the humongous X on his chest like everyone else is wearing now. And for once he could actually say that the fuchsia armor was less subtle.

Someone posted an interview from Cup of Joe the other day... It was mentioned that, while Legacy is where he'll be for awhile, Bru and company have stuff in mind for him.

So I'd have to bet Uncanny.

Honestly, I don't care much how he looks. It's all about where he fits in the plot and how well Kitsch plays him.

I'm sure he'll rock the trench eventually. He'll have to.

BTW

In those screens he certainly looks like he's wearing an odd outfit. And they're in a club/casino type place, and we knew a scene happened in one already.

Is it just me, or does he look like a dealer at a casino?

i cant really see the background well, but in those last two pics he has on a button shirt and a vest,a usual casino dealer uniform.
wouldnt mind gambit working in a casino, kinda seems to fit.
as for the looks, you cant say thats not important. the red on black eyes is basically what makes gambit GAMBIT.
though i could care less about the gloves and face glove thing.

Maybe they'll have a nod to his eyes in the film.

If they're going to have him be a mutant in disguise it'd be hard, if not impossible, for them to have his classic eyes. He'd kinda stand out. And the films have cut things like that before.

But I understand the desire for them to be the way they're supposed to be.

Have another look at the first pic. He's wearing a black, leather trenchcoat. Hopefully, it won't be done in a Matrix knock-off way.

We've got 10 months of editing to go through before we see the final cut. For all we know, those shots won't even make it into the film.

You gotta love that first pic. You just know he's doing some crazy **** with his bo staff. Someone posted a quote of a guy who saw the footage. He said that Gambit, Wolverine, Sabretooth and Deadpool were all on the same Weapon X team. I'd like to see that.

Heh, too many people looking at the Gambit pics means no one can see them. I wonder if Marvel will finally start respecting the character after they see the fan reaction to his movie appearance?

They just finished an arc in Legacy where Remy and Sebastion Shaw save Professor X from Sinister. It wasn't too bad.

I actually think that Marvel might do Gambit justice in this new movie. I really do. I'm excited for it...Just nervous about hearing his voice...That's my main concern at the moment.
