You're right. For a second there i got so excited that i just read what i wanted to read.

Hey, I'd be excited too if I thought Gambit was getting some good recognition myself.

Bit dissapointed with the last Legacy issue. Too much moping around and it only picked up on last couple of pages. Nothing really happened.

It's a set-up issue, not much is going to happen. The payoff comes in the next few issues.

So did anyone catch what happened in the solicits for the next X-men noir?

I was thinking. In Spiderman Noir, even though these guys are all supposed to be powerless, Parker still got bit by some strange spider and got powers. In X-Noir, did you notice that in the series that Remy's eyes were not red UNTIL he got shot? I wonder if he isn't really dead at all.

Blinded (austen), traded in (milligan), forgetten about (again milligan and carey), made into a whip (Miligan again...), turned into a girly fish boy (Chris Claremont, shocking since he created Gambit), is being played by a girly teeny bopper boy (TK), turned into a whip again (carey again...), and now is killed off by pietro. I'm pretty sure that I'm forgetting more stuff here. But anyway...
Ladies and gentlemen. I'm calling it. There is no hope for Gambit.
The movie could seriously go either way here: really cool gambit->brings in tons of new gambit fans-> more spotlight on gambit. Or it can go into a way off gambit ->turns into a tool->Longshot v.2.

I think this movie will have a positive effect on Gambit. From what i've seen and read, TK did a great job as Gambit. I agree that face wise he isn't my ideal choice but he may have the attitude and the mannerisms down pat. Besides, i like the contradiction of a babyfaced "pretty boy" being a shady thief and a ruthless cunning snake.

One of Marvel's new artist's drew that. I forget his name, but he gave an interview at CBR recently. Those are a collection of his childhood heroes.

It's lovely that not only is Gambit among them, but he's right up front.

I think Indy and Wolverine look kinda funny. Like they go together in a strange way.

Though the pic looks like an insane version of a comic-con cosplay.

More teasing on Marvel's part I suspect. Notice they're not actually touching skin. I doubt too much will be resolved between those two in this arc.

Who has been doing the Legacy art?? BTW I actually like when rogue and gambit are together but I do have to admit its getting old.
