Here's my idea 4 spidey 4

Peter and Gwen are close now because she is all that he really has. After Harry's death MJ goes to Paris to try and work on her career and get away from everything. Dr. Connors is working on a serum that could help regrow his arm and wants Peter to assist him. Peter meets Martha and Billy Connors one night while helping Dr. Connors in the lab. While out with Gwen one day Peter runs into Flash who is with Felicia. Flash tells Peter how sorry he is for the loss of Harry. They all sit at the same table in the resteraunt and catch up. When dinner is over Felicia tells Flash she has to go see her father before visiting hours are over. Dr. Connors has been working extra hard on his serum and after seeing it work on an animal does not hesitate to test it on himself. The serum contains the reptile dna. He becomes the Lizard. Peter finds out that Dr. Connors lab was trashed and thinks there is another superpowered criminal running around. When he encounters the Lizard he sees the lab coat and believes the Lizard to be Dr. Connors so he doesn't want to hurt him. And when he tries to hold him down the Lizard is too strong to beat. Spiderman is badly beaten and the Lizard escapes. Peter gives his pictures to Jameson but they are mostly of Spiderman getting beat up by the Lizard. Kraven sees the paper and decides to come to New York to stop this Lizard. Felicia stops by the Bugle to talk to Peter about getting Flash something for his birthday. She over hears Betty talking to Flash on the phone saying "You Flash Thompson are on special guy" in a flirtacious way. She approaches Betty to make sure she is not talking to the same Flash Thompson that she is dating. It turns out she is and the two girls break up with him over the phone. The police station finds the Lizard on top of a building and they surround it. Then Kraven comes on the scene to stop the Lizard. A little while after Spidey shows up. It's every man for himself. During the fight Kraven throws a dagger meant for the Lizard that the Lizard dodges. It hits Captain Stacy in the heart. The two villains get away. The death of Captain Stacy brings Peter and Gwen even closer. They are close to falling in love. When Peter speaks to Aunt May she says that Mary Jane has recieved many job opportunities in Paris. Peter goes to work on an antidote to cure Dr.Connors. Then near the end Gwen comes across the Lizard in an ally she knows it is Dr. Connors and she tries to talk to him thinking maybe there is some kind of way the man inside will hear her. Just as he is about to strike her Kraven scoops her up and grapples off trying to save her. Lizard is right behind him. Kraven lands on a building when he sees Lizard is no longer behind them. She knows that Kraven killed her father and she pushes away from him and begins to scream at him. Lizard Leaps in between them and goes to scratch Kraven, as he turns his tail knocks Gwen across the rooftop leaving her unconsious. Spiderman arrives on the scene seeing Gwen down he makes sure she is ok. When he is about to take her to safety he sees Kraven about to stab Lizard with a dagger so he leaves Gwen on the ground and leaps to Dr. Connors rescue. As the fight continues Kraven is knocked into something that impales his arm leaving him unconsious and stuck. When Spiderman and Lizard fight Lizard knocks Gwen off the building when she tries to stop him from attacking Spiderman. Spiderman leaps to Gwens rescuse and Lizard grabs his foot. Spiderman shoots a web line to save her. It reaches her then Lizard throws Spiderman making Gwen follow. She is tossed through the window of an abandoned building. Spiderman slams into a wall. Lizard leaps at him. Spiderman is enraged and he fights Lizard like he is any other enemy. During the fight he remembers that with great power comes great responsibility. He gives Lizard the cure hidden in his glove. Spiderman's costume is all scratched and tore up like in SM1. Spidey goes to the building Gwen was thrown in and holds her in his arms as she dies from having glass impaled in her. He takes off his mask revealing that he is Peter Parker. They kiss and she dies. At the funeral everyone is there. Flash and Felicia are on each side of him giving each other angry faces. This is the end give me some feedback if you read it I also have ideas about SM5 and I will be finding someplace to put them soon.

The Lizard. Also introduce Tombstone and Hammerhead who hire Scorpion to take down Spider-Man after he puts one of their clients (Quinten Beck) in Prison. During an all out battle with Lizard, Scorpion and Spider-Man, the Lizard tears apart Scorpion's suit. Lonnie Lincoln AKA Tombstone (the new owner of Oscorp) is furious that all the money he put into that suit and serum went to waste. Now he hires Kraven in SM5 to take down Spider-Man AND Lizard. In the end, Kraven is put in a National Prison while there is a local prison break at the end of SM5, leaving the possibility of Mysterio, Scorpion or Gargan's Scorpion, Hammerhead, Tombstone as villains or even Electro. You could introduce Max as Peter's friend in SM-4 and build up to it.

Here’s my idea for Spider-Man 4:

Dr. Connors is working on a serum that could regrow his arm, and after seeing it work on a rabbit, doesn’t hesitate to test it on himself. He becomes Lizard and breaks the vile holding the sample of the symbiote. When Spider-Man encounters Lizard the first time, he sees the white lab coat and believes Lizard to be Connors, so he doesn’t want to hurt him. Spider-Man is beaten, and Lizard escapes into the sewers. Kraven comes to New York to stop Lizard, and Peter goes to work on an antidote to cure Connors.

Seriously? The third one was crap. Emo Peter? Dancing in the streets? Egotistical MJ? Bernerd knows all!? SANDMAN IS BEN'S KILLER!? Seriously man... what the crap. Anyways, check out my outlined story as to how it would work.

Besides other than Sandman being Uncle Ben's killer (which will probably be never mentioned again) what permanent damage did it do to the series? I liked it, personally. But I understand the hate. Still, it doesn't mean Peter will be dancing in the sequels, Harry dying was one of the high points of the movie so losing his character isn't too upsetting and MJ can be better written in the sequels.

I mean even if you hate SM3, or just consider it a misstep (or a mixed movie where the good outweighs the bad, like myself), you have to realize that it did nothing to really hamper future movies in the series. It can become the "dark sheep" of the series like Temple of Doom, Back to the Future Part II, etc. Which btw future generations loved when they watched them without judgement or preconceived expectations.

Spiderman 4:

Conner's is looking for a way to reform his arm, when he realizes that lizards can regrow certain parts. He uses lizard DNA to regrow his arm. It starts to work, but soon de-evelution's him to a reptilian/human state, knowen to the public as "The Lizard". (As this happens, Peter tries to decide weather he likes Gwen or MJ more) When Conners first becomes Lizard, he brakes the vile holding the Symbiote. (The Symbiote travels as the movie progresses) Peter then choose's Gwen over MJ and start to work with DR. Conners. He becomes The Lizard when they get to his studying room. He snap's Gwen's neck, sending here to the ER. She dies, and Peter goes back to MJ. Peter then here's over the news that The Lizard is at the airport. Spidy and The Lizard climb on top of a plane and fight in mid-air. Full of anger for illing Gwen, Peter pushes The Lizard off the plane, and as Peter swings down, he finds The Lizard on the ground, slowly dieing, as The Lizard turns back into Dr. Conners. Peterthen goes home, crying in his bed. MJ come's in and talks to him. The movie ends were Peter turns on the TV and it is anews report saying that Kletus Cassidy has escaped, and the camra focuses behind Peter and looks outside his window, to see Carnage swinging by.

As much as I loved Batman Begins and The Incredible Hulk, we can blame them for fanboys wanting reboots whenever they see something they are slightly displeased with

Oh, and a general comment. Did we all forgot SM3 made like 900 million dollars? I fail to see where this is a failing franchise like some are painting it to be. SM3 wasn't THAT bad (I loved it), nor was it as poorly received as some would like to make it seem. This movie didn't plunge after its first week like Ang Lee's Hulk did for crying out loud!

Well the profesor was already introduced in the 3. And remember that when Pter goes to see him, he keeps part of the symboite(Venom). And i do believe in the comics there is a storyline where the proffesor experiments on the symbiote to regrow his arm, eventually makes him turn into the lizard, but also from the experiments the symbiote mutates into carnage. So i belive that venom is very well alive in some way. It has potential to be better than the 3rd one, but not as good as the first 2. Definitley fail if it brings in Black Cat, I personally like her but 2 love interests and 2 things for spidey to fight makes it too complicated and makes the movie blow, you wanna argue with me that that isn't the case, well i just described Spiderman 3, and that sucked major balls, imo.

he was trying to find a cure for cancer and that was in Ultimate Spider-Man.
