Thus far it looks like a vast improvement over STREET FIGHTER Van Damme style, but I'm sitting it out before I further judge.
More here (non SV related):Exclusive! Kristen Kreuk Talks 'Smallville' and 'Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li'
Will you be popping up on Smallville anymore this season?
I will. I have four more episodes that will air starting January 15th.
Anything you can share with us?
Lana is coming back after being away for a long time. The audience gets to find out what happened to her, what occurred during that time period. Shes very different when she comes back. Then she gets a beautiful send-off. Shes been a victim for so long, so she gets a beautiful send-off as a hero that her fans will really, really like.
Is this the last season of Smallville?
I dont know. It depends on whatever goes on between Tom Welling and the powers that be. If there is another season, I wont be there that is all I know!

Tis not a good time to be a street fighter fan.

I'd love to support KK but she just doesn't scream "Chun-Li" to me. The movie actually looks promising though. It would probably do better IMO if the movie wasn't affliliated w/ the SF franchise.
I actually do understand that. It's got to be hard, if not impossible, for SF fans to appreciate a film that veers from their very specific expectations. I get that. KK has a very hard but very lean body type - not quite the videogame Chun-Li curves.
As a non-SF fan though, it just looks kind of cool to me. I like movies with some good chop-sockey (my dad's term) fight scenes - especially if there are some females doing the fighting.
