The Official LittleBigPlanet Thread

Hi guys,

I have finished making a survival challenge which kind of has a theme of intruding a computer system world and then you have to complete a challenge called Project 21 to survive. A much more themed description is available when you view the actual level description on LittleBigPlanet.

But basically, it is a 21 jumps/steps/platforms level. Get right to the end, all the way to the 21st platform and you have successfully completed the level. But as this level is a survival challenge, you only have one life/chance to complete it and if you fail then you gotta restart the level to try again.

I have to tell you all now that the level is somewhat hard and that timing is vital to actually be half decent at it.

I hope you all enjoy it, rate it high, replay it and heart the level and me!

Level name: Project 21

I know nothing about LBP, but can somebody tell me what to expect from the PSP version...like, gameplay? Looks similar to this PS3 one (which I don't have and have never played) but I'm tempted by the PSP version.

Is it just straight platforming? What are some cool features?

Gameplay will be similar to the PS3 version except that it will be contained to 1 plane as opposed to 3

LBP = Platforming with a strong focus on customization/level building. The PS3 version is a lot of fun. There are some pretty cool pre-made levels, but the main gist of the game revolves around creating your own levels and sharing them. Lots of building materials and gadgetry and whatnot. I like it as a puzzle game - trying to figure out how to get your levels to play the way you want them to.

I don't know the details of the PSP version but based on how much I like the PS3 I'll recommend it anyway.

just made my first level. it's just showing off some of the characters i made. still managed to take pretty much all day. anyways, check it out and let me know what you guys think. it's called "Lackey's Art and Character Gallery". it helped me get the hang of some of the basics so hopefully i can make some more levels in the future.

Anyone tried the new online co-op create mode?
