But they apparently have Sinestro, Abin Sur, Hector, and Carol choices lined up the only ones we know about are the Carol ones
Diane Kruger, Eva Green, Keri Russell, and Blake Lively

I was hoping for Rose Byrne but seeing as shes not one of the finalists she moved to my top choice for Lois

well jackie debunked that one saying at the time of the rumor and when he was asked he hasnt talked to anyone with gl.

He didnt debunk. He just said they havent approached him. Theres a chance that the Carol list is just a list and none of those actresses have been approached

well possible who really knows but if per the current news saying production could be starting as soon as jan. They probably have had the rest of the cast locked for awhile now or in the final stages of getting signed and all that.

well i just said i would be interested to see what she could do with the role, not that she is who i would ultimately want. There is a couple factors in place i would need to know. first is this a origin film or a film where its a more experienced superman been around for awhile. Cause if its origin deal i would want both lois and clark in the range of 25-29yrs old. If its an experienced superman i would want someone 30-35yrs old range.

Hmm, I like it. A little out-of-the-box, yet slips into a nice fit at the same time. Though I still have doubts that someone will pop up who's more Lois-y than this (in both personality and looks):

Selma Blair just has such sarcasm and intelligence and personality if you've ever seen her interviewed and that could really be utilized if she played Lois. And she just happens to look like a comic Lois walked off the page and into reality.

I think you two are both crazy. She's the perfect age, young enough to bring in horny teenage boys, but old enough to seem believable as a brilliant, seasoned reporter. And she happens to look insanely young for her age--I don't know how she does it.

And why would you think she's not capable of acting the role? I've never thought she was bad in any movie--maybe the material was bad, but she's a capable actress, which is revealed in her higher quality films.

I think she's perfect for Lois right now. Of course, by the time they actually get around to making another Superman movie, she really will be too old.
