Have you read the comic it's based on by Skottie Young? I think it would have been an interesting premise even with swapping out for Wong.

Regardless, I see Sneider's point. You don't need two separate shows about a school. And getting to focus on a large number of mutants over a long-form series is exactly what most X-men fans want.

So would it focus on kids who aren't part of the X-Men team? Because otherwise I don't see a point about doing a show "about the school" when the school is where the X-Men live anyway.

Now there's a rumour about Jenifer Coolidge joining the MCU. I wanted her as Mojo. I think it could be such a fresh, fun take.

Casting White Lotus cast as X-Men characters:

Patrick as Cyclops
Coolidge as Mojo
Murray Barlett as Erik
Theo James as Bastion (again).

Coolidge, Lisa Kudrow or Larry David could give fresh, fun, weird take on Mojo, IMO.

Kind of like with Alexandra Daddario, I feel like people only want her to be Rogue because they think she's hot. I don't even think she has the right look. She definitely strikes me as more of an older Kitty Pryde than a Rogue.

watched it last night.
Honestly, I love this idea and makes perfect sense, to give many mutants more room to breath and explore the school to its full potential. The movies always had very little stuff on the school (and personally I love this stuff, seeing mutants living together, their day to day life on the school, training, drama, tension, conflicts, action, adventures....) Sounds like a perfect x-men show imo, and Id bet money some X-Men would appear on this (specially if Marvel goes for 20s something actors, they would appear for sure! lol, and it would be so much fun).
suddenly, now I NEED this show to be made lol. if Feige is smart, he will greenlight it.
