Same here . But also like him in Teen Titans "Lightspeed" was a funny episode , Rosenbaum went to town with that role. I wished we got to see more Kid flash in teen titans {heck I wished we got another season } . Still it was good to see him in the series finale episode "Titans Together" [even thought he had a very small short role in the episode, it was still cool to see him .]

But without Question Rosenbaum is Wally West / The Flash : The Fastest Man Ailve !!!!!

Me too. I don't really like Bart, I would've prefered to have seen Wally West character in smallville episode "Run".

Rosenbaum went to town with as Wally West/The Flash in JL/JLU, he was without question he was hilarious throught out the enitre series. His portrayal of Wally West/The Flash in JL/JLU was 100 % accurate to The comics . He went from The wise cracking, glory hound with HUGE ego and a big mouth to a legendary Superhero.

That wasn't SV's fault. DC Comics demanded Bart be the Flash. They were essentially planning ahead because DC knew Bart would take over the mantle post-Infinite Crisis.

Bart isn't going to take over the mantel of The Flash, He's just filling in. 52 says Wally will return, Just like Donna Troy is filling in for diana as Wonder Woman right now . [Diana is going to be returning soon]

Rosenbaum was super funny in The JLU episode "The Great Brain Robbery" The way he did portrayed Lex in Flash's body was hilarious my favorite Scene was the part When Lex's find out The Flash’s secret identity and reveals he has no idea who’s face it is. Brilliant delivery by Rosenbaum.

Lex Luthor : If nothing else I can at least learn Flash's Secret Identity... I have no Idea Who this is .

According to DC, Bart is the Flash. Wally may return someday, but as of now Bart owns the mantle.
