I kept trying to slow the video down to see if I could get a better look at it, and from what i saw, it looked like he had more bulk up there, which is obviously going to happen with a bald cap. But it doesn't look right. His bald cap looks kinda funny when he's in the chair.

i am sure in right scenes and in motion things will look alot better.
Yeah, same thing when we see him standing behind Clark in the mansion. It looks fine until the end. When he was on the table, he looked fine to me. But, as soon as he turned in that chair, his head looked like got bigger.
It's a short view of him, however he looks fine in every shot except the last one, were he looks abit Conehead'ish.
However, my conclusion is that no matter what, his head is gonna look slightly odd for the simple fact that we've already seen how his head looks when he actually is bald. Whereas for example, when Zack Braff wore a bald cap in Scrubs for a few episode, his cap looked a little more realistic because of the fact that I've never seen him bald.. if that makes sense.
I dont think it looks bad at all. Some people just compulsively find something to nitpick about.

I think it just meant to be a homage to Darth Vader actually
