How can you tell that low quality CGI is their plan when all you've seen is a single piece of concept art? Have you seen something we haven't?

It's just the way he is. Nothing is ever good enough for him.

Anyway, Davey Jones doesn't look anything I'd imagine seeing in a POTC movie, but that thing does look pretty awesome. From other descriptions I've heard, such as Orlando Bloom letting it slip that a Kraken was going to be in it (I'm pretty sure that's what it was, but it's been months since I read it) this movie seems like it's going to have a monster theme to it. More giant creatures than curses.
