I'm looking hard at the Arkham Knight bundle. I'm planning on getting AK anywho, I just didn't know if there was some secret awesome deal someplace any of you guys knew about.

Nah, there's nothing like that that I'm aware of. Sorry.

This really hasn't been much of an issue for me, since most of my PS4 games are pretty mediocre. But once more good games start coming out, I may have to upgrade.

I must be the only one not really concerned about storage. You guys are aware you can delete stuff, right?

Lol, I've been saying this forever. I really don't get it, either. I guess I understand if you have data caps, though.

or slow internet speeds and most of your content is digital.

Eh, even with slow internet speeds, I don't think it's a huge issue really. Internet I'm currently on is pretty slow, but I downloaded some large stuff recently. You just have to have a little patience.

I can understand the concern. The only ways I can play games on my 160gb PS3 Slim is digitally since the blu-ray drive is dead. But I can only have about 5-6 games downloaded onto the system at a time, so if I want to add another game. Chances are I have to delete a game, and if for some reason I feel like playing it again in a few days just because I have the itch, I gotta delete the game and then re-download the other one.

Now I know that this is the same case with the PS4, especially since game files are much bigger, but having a bigger storage space certainly makes it easier. It would be a lot different if you could only store one game at a time and everytime you wanted to play a new one, you'd have to wait 3 hours for the deleting and downloading process to be done.

I think you missed Xtremelybaneful's original point in that MS has been better at responding to player's requests and he isnt incorrect with that as Sony has been rather slow with upgrading and improving the PS4's firmware. Most updates amount to "increased stability" but theres been a lack of significant additions since launch, which is quite different with how MS has handled things
lol, couldn't you have just said 'he is right'? :oldrazz:

No one is talking in the third person...?
in the post that I quoted 3 posts above yours, havok was referring to me, then I made a response and his following response was "he's not wrong" but he was talking about me, to me, saying 'he's' instead of 'you're'

EDIT: ah, wait. that was poor wording on my part. no one was talking in 3rd person, what I meant to ask was why is havok referring to me in 3rd person. my bad.

Ps4 has 70% of europe. and honestly, although they have the obviously clear majority, I don't think it's that significant unless it's like 80.

“We have a very significant market leadership,” said Ryan, speaking in Los Angeles last week.

“Well, we have market leadership in every country in Europe, and have very significant market leadership in continental Europe. Extremely significant. I don’t think market share’s any less than 70%, and frequently greater than 90% in continental Europe.”

Yeah, I generally don't consider it significant unless it's about 9,000% or more.

See How Darksiders II’s Graphics Have Improved On PS4 And Xbox One. June 29, 2015 . 10:28am

Nordic Games have released a batch of comparison screenshots showing off the new visuals.

As previously reported, Darksiders II is coming to the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 with upgraded visuals and a bunch of DLC. Today, publisher Nordic Games released a batch of comparison screenshots showing off the new visuals, along with comments from John Pearl, Design Director at Gunfire Games.

“When we thought about what we wanted to do for the “Deathinitive” edition of Darksiders II, obviously we wanted to run in native 1080p and increase the resolution of the textures,” Pearl said.

“Additionally, we decided to rewrite the renderer to be physically based like a lot of other current generation game engines. What this means visually is metal, leather, stone and skin look and respond to light as you would expect them to in the real world. This new rendering method meant we revisited every texture and surface in the game, reworking and re-authoring them for the new renderer. To take full advantage of these texture changes, we’ve also gone back and relit the entire game.”

Well I let my PS Plus membership lapse. Honestly haven't been playing much as of late. I rarely DL the free games either. I bought AK yesterday and other than getting it installed I haven't even played it yet. I do use it for Netflix and to watch movies I download though haha

so.....is there any way to delete non gaming Apps from the home bar?

I'm trying to get rid of the USB Music Player app, since it is now redundant due to the Media Player app.

but, I can't figure out how to delete it.

anyone know?

really??

well, it's still on my system, and I have the Media Player app installed, too.

My brother is away on vacation so I've been getting familiar with his PS4. I really love how some games have the Photo Mode option. I kinda wish more games would have it.
