The demo was hilarious, but at the same time, quite frustrating. I'm kinda glad it sucked though, because with the Simpsons name, if it was decent, I probably couldn't have resisted plunking down $60 for it.

Now I can save my money for games I KNOW will be worthwhile, like Ratchet and Haze.

I know, there were some funny moments like "You'll have to stop him Bart! I'm too drunk!" but the end of the Dad, you could only really hurt lard land as Bart, not Homer, and that was a case of walking round him mashing the cicrle button, constantly getting stepped on. By the time you've got to the top section, it took me about 15 attempts just to stop him where Bart could actually reach him.

Everyday Shooter Blasts This Week's PSN Update
On Thursday, get a piece of Everyday.

October 8, 2007 - PS3 owners eagerly await news of what comes in the latest PSN update every week. While trailers and videos have become the norm, most look forward to getting their hands on more games. Today, our sources within Sony informed us that the psychedelic title Everyday Shooter will be released this Thursday on the PlayStation Store. The downloadable game is reminiscent of Geometry Wars with guitar underscoring, chained combo attacks and funky visuals.

The title will be available for $10, and will feature unique musical selections for each stage. We'll have more on Everyday Shooter soon.

If Videogamesblogger.com are to be believed, the upcoming month could be looking pretty shiny for the European PSN store. Apparently SCEE have revealed a list of full titles that will be released on the EU PlayStation Network store. The full list is as follows:

Im downlaoding R&C as we speak. Its coming by fast too. 1609mb for the demo! Thats bigger than Heavenly Sword. Im gonna wait and see if this demo sells me on the game. Hopefully ir does bc the videos have looke good

Very nice update for the US! I'll have to get on downloading Ratchet and Conan when I get home tomorrow, but its good to see I'll still be able to play them both.

Ratchet and Clank looked nice, but it was more of the same stuff that I wasn't too keen on with the PS2 games. The presentation is a lot better, and they finally have the power to be really expressive, so it's a real step up in that regard.
