I got to talking about my recent need to cut my comic buying down a bit in the Amazing Spider-Man thread, so when BW wanted to know what I buy, I decided to bring it over here:

What in the name of Linda Danvers do you even buy with seventy dollars? That's more than twenty comic books. Did more than twenty comic books even come out this week?

This issue was easily the best issue so far. I'm really enjoying this series. It's cute.

No, there's some new term where you buy all the issues, but you don't read them until the story is complete.

How so? 99.9% of the time, comics read better when the stories are read in whole during one sitting. And with smaller books like these, there's no guarantee for a trade.
