There kinda was. In Spiderman 2 when Doc Ock throws the 2 civilians off the train, Spidey catches the man and in that moment it looks a lot like that. Probably unintentional

That pigeon really brings the image to life. Creative little touches like that needs to be in posters more. I would love a poster with Spidey eating a hotdog. Of course it wouldn't work as an A-tier promo poster, but I mean like Marvel has given us fans humorous posters, such as:
