He probably is (barring the non-aging crowd like Wolverine and Nick Fury). But this week's issue, actually, just said that transforming into Rulk is having effects on his normal form. He lets a lot of his pent-up rage out as Rulk now, so he's generally more relaxed as Ross, and the gamma/cosmic combo is actually rejuvenating his body slowly. Betty thought he looked about 10 years younger.

I saw a link in another forum to some scenes from X-Sanction. It looks like they're teasing his possible death soon.

Whats the best Hulk comics to read either in print now or in TPB form? I'm looking for comics in the vein of HULK 2003 and The Incredible Hulk 2008. I can't get into the Multiple personalites stories with Grey Hulk/Devil Hulk/Smart Hulk/Professor Hulk/Guilt Hulk etc.

Then you don't wanna read good Hulk stories.

My favorite Hulk was the Planet Hulk arc and the David/Keown stuff of old PAD won an Eisner for it back in 92

Im not a big fan of Planet Hulk myself. Probably because it ignores so much of the duality of the Hulk and Bruce Banner.

You mean WWH? Yeah, that stuff was bad.

I liked Pak's Incredible Hulks, though.

Skaar was probably a good addition to the Hulk Family. I hope he kills Rulk. Or at least turns him back into an old man in a uniform.

I hear Rulk's pretty BA since Jeff Parker started writing him.

I liked that the Hulk and Banner finally made peace over Caiera. Well deserved and a long time coming.

All that badassery could have been written for the Hulk. Rulk brings NOTHING to the game other than Red.

:up::up::up:

I also LUV :whatever: how a guy that caused the Avengers so much grief, worked with the Leader and M.O.D.O.K. of all people, being apart of a master plan to Hulkify the world (dumb) and even declared on national teley his intent on usurping the United States under his reign gets an immediate membership on the Avengers.

I can't express how much I wish I didn't have to censor myself; Royally F&%K Red Hulk.

His membership in the Avengers is basically like the Thunderbolts' deal. It was either that or prison.

Sorry, but both of you ****ers are dead wrong.

I'm not reading Rulk as I've never been a fan of Ross, but he most certainly has a different and unique angle that you couldn't explore with Bruce Banner. It'd be akin to saying there shouldn't be a Superboy because Superman exists.

I kind of wish he were called something other than "Red Hulk." And that he kept his 'stache when he hulks out. But other than those two things, Ross is a pretty good character and Jeff Parker's doing a good job on his series.

Ross was the incarnation of the Army. Without him, Hulk's greatest foe is without a figurehead.

And where the Hell did the color Red come from?

Hulk - Grey/Green
Leader - Green
Sampson - Green
She-Hulk - Green
Abomination - Green
Ross - Red?

WTF?

Know what's better than fixing a initially crappy character? If that character never existed in the first place :o

If people will drag on about Venom's past and still hold that against him, I can do the same to Crap Hulk (clever). Rulk's existence just offends me.

Red is the opposite of green.

The army will always have someone to take Ross' place. Right now it's General Fortean, one of Ross' own proteges. Ross is still haunted by what he considers his failure to save Talbot, too.
