No. It was a joke about how it seems Nintendo is making Mii Fighter costumes based on popular choices for the DLC ballot.
Last night big changes were made to Super Smash Bros. Patch 1.1.0 was released for the game, adding multiple new features and balance adjustments. The biggest additions were a Tourney Mode that allows for Community and Regular tournaments, though replay YouTube uploads, Hyrule Castle and Peachs Castle stages, Mii costumes, and general balancing adjustments were added to the game.
The new Super Smash Bros DLC content and prices are as follows.
Bundles are available for all new Super Smash Bros DLC as well. The 8 Mii Costumes can be purchased together for one system for $6, or $9.20 for both. Likewise, the two new stages can be grabbed for $9.98 for one version and $15.18 for both.
- Bear Suit Mii Outfit $0.75 for one version, $1.15 for both
- Black Knight Mii Outfit $0.75 for one version, $1.15 for both
- Chrom Mii Outfit $0.75 for one version, $1.15 for both
- Flying Man Mii Outfit $0.75 for one version, $1.15 for both
- Hoodie Mii Outfit $0.75 for one version, $1.15 for both
- Hyrule Castle - $1.99 for one version, $2.99 for both
- K.K. Slider Mii Outfit Free
- King K. Rool Mii Outfit $0.75 for one version, $1.15 for both
- Lloyd Mii Outfit - $0.75 for one version, $1.15 for both
- Peachs Castle $1.99 for one version, $2.99 for both
- Samus Armor Mii Outfit $0.75 for one version, $1.15 for both
Over 40 Super Smash Bros characters have been rebalanced as part of the patch. Reddit user Kenniky compiled a full list of changes, which you can read below. For reference, heres a glossary of abbreviations used within the notes. FAF/IASA translates to First Active Frame and Intteruptible As Soon As. KBG/BKB/WBKB are Knock Back Growth, Base Knock Back, and Weighted Knock Back. U, D, F, B, and N before words like air or tilt refer to aerial and tilt attacks.

Nintendo announced that a Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS are getting a new Super Mario Maker stage on September 30th.
[YT]IOdhFajSdj8[/YT]
Similar to the Super Mario Maker game, it’s a unique stage with a layout that changes each time you play. With many parts and layouts, you can expect there to be quite the variety in looks. A “hand” will appear to fix any broken blocks that get destroyed during the fight.
The Super Mario Maker stage is headed to Super Smash Bros. on September 30th.

Yeah I don't see FFVI coming to NX. I think Playstation has that on lock. Still cool. Any new character is a welcome addition IMO.
