That painting is called "LAS MENINAS", its from a spanish paintor from the 17 century, and the paintors name was "Diego Velazquez", he was born in Sevilla,and i could tell much more, im spanish, and i know this painting, hahaha, but im a bit tired of writing

Las Meninas (aka The Maids of Honor), a very famous mid-17th century painting of the Spanish royal family by Diego Velazquez, who in the painting is standing next to the giant easel on the left. King Philip IV of Spain and his wife Mariana of Austria are seen reflected in the mirror in the background.

Why the title? The central focus of the painting is on the Infanta Margarita (she's the short one one with long blondish hair).
