Whoa, hang on just a second! I just got here! What's with all this leaked trailer thing? I know there is "new" footage, I have seen it, but what I wanna know is: where did it come from? Where did the leaked trailer leaked to? :P

Well, it looks just like the regular trailer (or international, I don't know) but at the end, you get the same Venom footage from Comic con, with Eddie on his knees and stuff... only in really good quality.
But I don't know where it came from, where it was showed, etc

EDIT: I just watch it again, and it doesn't looks like the regular trailer at all...

there is a scene in the trailer where it's like a close up of parker's eyes and some three bladed curved claws are right up near it, they look like wolverine's claws...

i wonder if anyone knows what the hell they are and what is so important about that scene that it is included in the film.

tobey has blue eyes, those look dark like a green or brown. they might be harry's. maybe after he takes the serum and starts to lose it he is putting together his new costume and the claws and whatever...

if the released trailer is 7 out of 10 (I actually gave it 10)
then the new trialer (even unfinished) is 10/10 it is without a doubt the best trialer I have ever seen.

I am SO hoping this movie is 2 1/2 hours long even longer if possible although it is hard to keep kids rivited for 3 hours

anyway i have a question for anyone that knows about the reason y SHH banned the leaked trailer images and such, did sony ask not to keep it up? or you did it before sony was able to ask you to not show it?

i ask because i have a small feeling sony released this on pourpose to get feedback on venoms look andsuch. I dont really know though

maybe the buzz around the new trailer was not what they wanted.
so now scenes from a new trailer(or the comic-con stuff, I still don't see it) "leaked" days before the trailer. or the security around this movie sucks or sony is really smart.

Sony is pretty damn Smart. They know what they are doing..

They pretty much have a trailer they feel fuels the mass audiences and about the same time they leaked the trailer for the fans.

They are just giving us alil bit alil bit at a time.

Meanwhile later on they are going to release the third preview with Venom, and that would shock and surprise mass audiences that dont know what this movie is about, and they will have peeked their interest closer to the premiere of the movie..

They know, they know...

when they release the leaked version of the trailer though, i dont believe they will show much of venom after that... i think they will hide venoms FULL body shot (maybe in a poster but i doubt it) so we all have to see the movie anyway (why wouldnt we?)

the leaked is coming out in feb 26th (ish) its only 2 months after that and the movie will be out, so no time for another BIG TIME trailer, maybe TV spots, but not much of venom, just to keep interest (eg War of the worlds, we didnt see ANY aliens until the movie was released, although theyre look was not important, it kept my interest until i saw it!)

The mass audiences are a step behind the hardcore fans..

Sony is on some Pyramid type ish.. lol

They are looking very smart right now. It'd be funny if this was all by accident and they really did not want that leaked trailer to come out. 'cause I think its working out like royal flush for them.

They got two different groups of fans peein in their nickers. They can repeat the effect in a couple months by presenting Venom to mass audiences when they expose Venom, and also give a better look at Venom to the hardcore fans.

omg they're are good, they're good..(in a Robert Dinero impersonation "You're good, no- your good!") They get paid for this. They know.

The blades going into the eye are definitely the blades from Harry's little wrist mounted device. Watch the webisode and you'll see that on the actual device they created, there are three separate "knives" per "blade".

Clearly the arm blade thing in the pic with the eyes.

so it can't be peter's eye because they are green and i don't think it would be harry's eye because it would mean that he is going to cut himself.

the leak is no acciedent, thursday the fans are uo in arms saying 'where's venom' sunday a trailer with venom shows up for a day and is removed the next day.

To talk about something most people are not talking about... One thing I love about Raimi´s approach is he´s keeping the series consistent with the theme of coming of age as a metaphor within the fantastic aspect... The first was about teenage changes, becoming someone else overnight, not being sure what person you´re gonna turn into... The second one could be seen as being about teenage depression, the unbearable responsibilities of growing up, keep up with study, work, relationships... The third one from what we seen is about teenage abuses, feeling invincible, being tempted by "drugs" (Pete clearly sounds like an addict as he describes the black suit), arrogance, greed, anger...

BTW, noticed how the giant lights where ´Spidey stands with the black suit on kinda look like those light traps that are used to lure and kill bugs? Interesting...
