Hhhhmmm, the possible title has me intrigued, and we have already seen set photo's of Sam on what looked like the moon, wonder if its part of Shockwave's big plan in the movie?

Decent enough subtitle, IMO. Though I do hope that the 'Darkside of the Moon' tweak is the one they're using since it sounds and rolls off the tongue better than 'Dark of the Moon'.

Also, take it with a huge grain of salt, but over at TFW, one poster is claiming that a friend is part of the production team and has been told that the firetruck is Ultra Magnus and that Laserbeak will be introduced.

UM is one of two names i've had for the FireTruck since it was revealed to be in the movie... the other being Grimlock (Down to Nelson saying about us fans going nuts over the FT's name)

Laserbeak will be one of the Predator drones photographed months back...

Sam would have needed a space suit if he were in fact on the moon. He was in street clothes like he has wore in all the movies surrounded by debris.

i know that..... but i have not seen any set images that looked like the moon.... which is confusing me...

... though the lack of sleep over the weekend might help

having looked at both angles.... i can't work out how this happened.... it's been reported that the officer was on a different radio channel to the officers manning the roadblocks closing the area for the shoot...

But why did they let him in and how did the crew not know he was there?

I live in the Washington DC area, and they had some major streets re-routed near the capital due to the filming of Transformers 3; it's been all over the local news here.

Update:

My local news just reported that TF3 filming in Dc has been put on hold due to a crash involving a police office driving throught the set, responding to a real call, and Bumblebee!

what i meant was how did the crew not know the cop car was coming? if the cops on the barriers had told the crew the SUV was coming through, why did they go ahead with the scene? and to flip it around.... if the cops on the barriers didn't tell the crew..... why not?
