Well, since theres a seperate message board bassed on UNSC armor making I thought I should make a thread here.

I'm making Master Chiefs armor and heres my % on all my armor peices.

Helmet-5%
Chest Piece-0%
Arms-0%
Assult Rifle-90%
Legs-0%

If your a fan of Halo or just costume building alone I recomend to make some sweet UNSC armor.

Lol sweet armor. Mines nothing like it though. One question. Before I put the paint job on the Assult Rifle should I put a flash light in it?

Well i've made a replica of a storm troopers costume with cardboard and white duck tape so with this suite.

Cardboard
Hot Glue
Paint
Duck Tape

Trust me. Cardboard can be a great source of making suites from. You just need to know how to fold and not be messy.

One thing I noticed with some people who make their suites from cardboard they rush it.

The assult Rifle it self has taken me 18 hours.

Nah, duck tape comes in with the foot armor. I'm using Hot Glue. And trust me. Its coming out better then I thought.
