This is a very simple manip, just out of boredom, and even though I feel like I ruined the picture, I just had to "Stormifize" this which, imo, is one of the best Halle pics I've seen in a long while, though she usually only has nice pics.

I prefer the flowing dress. It gives the idea that the wind is blowing upwards, along with the hair.
