Calm down it comes out in a month and don't let bad reviews for a bad movie scare you that this will get them too though.

I just have one question, I'm not that far into the book (I'm on chapter 7 of Borden's section) and who is Christian Bale playing? I'm guessing it's Borden.

Yes ,he is Borden

The only two sides I saw were Bale and Jackman's. The other were turned against the wall (it was in a corner). Nice to know there is "some" promotion out there for this (I've hardly seen any).

They have had that up since early this month at my local theater . Nice to see the promotion I agree . I walked through the inside and outside of my theater and haven't seen the poster yet ,has anyone else seen it?I found it strange it wasn't up yet .

Can someone finally post pics of this box?

BTW, if TBD and Hollywoodland are out of critics positivity (the same can go to The Fountain, which will have Fight Club's destiny), then The Prestige will one of these lucky movie, which are very close to the main Oscar Awards (the same can go to The Good Shepard and Flags of our Fathers).

This is actually my most hyped up movie for this year.

Speaking of which, I have a question about the book:

I haven't finished it so I don't want to know what happens but I just have to know if it'll be explained:

Does the book ever explain the fate of Andrew's twin brother?

You want the pics from the official site?

No. I want to finally see pics of that promotion box with new images (as I heard it is released in almost every theatre in US)!

Not to be a "party-pooper" but this movie sures sounds a heckuva lot like the 1960s oldie "The Raven" which featured two competiting magicians (Boris Karloff vs Vincent Price), Peter Lorre and a young Jack Nicholson. It was part of a series of so-called Poe-inspired movies that bore absolutely no relation to the original stories. But this was a good one, maybe the best of the bunch. Of coruse nobody under the age of 40 probably knows what I'm even talking about.

I remember the movie (I´m 32) and if I remember it wasn´t about magic tricks, but two magicians doing real magic. It was pretty over-the-top if memory serves me - it was a long time ago.

I haven't been online all week but I don't think anyone's posted this. The official site is up with a load of new clips, pics, etc. http://theprestige.movies.go.com/

Thanx, I love the design of official site, it looks excellent.

There is enough new info, pics, wallpapers and first clips!

I've just found all fragments from that picture of machine in the book. And I also watched the last clip from the movie (all clips look amazing, but this one is the best), but I can't understand one thing.

What happened with Angier's leg? Why his leg is tied?

I guess thats what happens after Borden messes up one of his tricks, I remember that he was supposed to be sort of split into two and becomes much weaker and I'm assuming that something along those lines is what theyre going for in the movie.

Well, this can be a real answer.

But there is another situation:

As we can understand, they both were in graveyard (in that last clip scene). So I can see Angier's leg being dameged after that accident with the deth of his wife during his water trick. Borden was there (during that trick) and he could do some harm with aquarium.

In that last clip, what did Borden ask Angier for? The thing that was buried.....

New Pics!!!
