Everyone's been a teenager once, so that's not the problem. And I know quite a few who admire smaller indie films, and they're all under 25.

It's the matter of where you're from, and the people you hang out with. A Jock probably wouldn't like a movie like "The Squid and the Whale", no matter if he's from the 1960s to modern times. An artisy person would. I'm artsy (I'm normal though ).

I chose my friends because they are cultured and open minded. There's quite a few out there.

For those who are curious about Jonathan Nolan's writing capabilities (With him writing the Batman 2 script and all), this movie will surely be a good indication. If this movie turns out to be great, and is praised by critics, then we know that the Nolan brothers make a great combination when it comes to making a good movie.

In which case, we'll know for certain that the Batman sequel is in good hands.

2. The Plot: Two rival magicians in turn-of-the-century London battle each other for trade secrets. The title refers to the residue left after a magician's successful trick.

3. Christopher Nolan (Memento, Batman Begins) is director.

4. Cast: Christian Bale, Hugh Jackman, Michael Caine, Scarlett Johansson, David Bowie, Piper Perabo, Andy Serkis.

5. It will be released on October 27th.

What I think about it?

The Prestige is my favorite book. When I read first 2 pages, I was thinking it was boring book. But next day I loved it. It was very good book and I hope it will be good movie adaptation.
So I am looking forward to it.

I haven't read the book, but I will. Sounds like a good movie. Has a good cast.

I was pretty pumped for this movie when I first heard Nolan was doing it. Then Bale, Caine and Jackman got in on the deal and I thought if this is **** i will be very surprised. If the Trailer is any indication this should be an awesome film.

It even got my little brother interested, and that is saying alot considereing SWAT and those sort of **** movies are what he likes.
