Uh, Naveen wasn't White, though. He was obviously "of color", but not as regarded as lowly as a Black person. He can across as a mix of Spanish/Sicilian/Greek or something, so, I'm sure there are plenty of dark complexion women where's he's from..- They totally dodged the white/black interaccial thing by getting a guy from a non-existant (right?) country. They really did a heisman on the whole racial issue, and I thought that was ingenious.

I thought the songs were very memorable, but then again, it's hard to determine what anyone could conclude as being "memorable" and the movie hasn't even been out for a week...I can't be certain why people didn't enjoy the music all that much, but as some have pointed out, I guess the genre of the music could be what's polarizing some viewers. Which, is unfortunate.
Well, the audience that would see Avatar won't really be a part of the audience to see this film. There's not a big overlap in appealing content, so, I think this movie will stay at #2 at least for another two weeks, IMO.strong opening, but the real question is will it have legs in the coming weeks with Avatar on the horizon
