2. The Inhumans are ticked because of what the us goverment stoled from them. He did say the word War and destroyed a place. They could launch an attack to.

3. Reed and Tony has to watch out for the return of my favorite guy Hulk. I say he will be stronger, faster, heal faster, smarter, meaner, and more ruthless( it could be a mastero situation.) He will also rule his own army of a planet. also think if the inhumans, namor's army and hulks army unite to fight.

4. What will serveral mebers of Tony's side think about what he and reed did to the hulk especially She hulk, sentry.

You can't have the Hulk come back with an Army,... Blackbolt or Namor finally having enough - If that were the case the Black Panther or Doom Would be ruling the world NOW.

Namor has already said he didn't care WHAT the upperworld did, and said that when THEY attacked HIM, that he would react. Not before. Though covers insinuate maybe something else.

If the hero's all unite under the U.S. government, the Inhumans will have one HELL of a fight. If they don't unite, it's looking like the Inhumans will STILL attack. So it really doesn't matter.

Hulk coming back will be pure awesome. I want to see what Reed and Tony will do, since I doubt they expect his return. Though I doubt Hulk will be bringing an army with him, and I doubt he'll be teaming up with Namor.

The She Hulk thing will be pretty awesome. I doubt she'll be too willing to work under Tony like that.

The Sentry, seemingly taking orders from whoever gives them it seems, probably will assume Reed and Tony did what was best. He takes orders on who lives and dies from his robot after all.

Where did you get pre-emptive attacks from?

The only "team" they trapped was the violent anti-registration "Secret Avengers" team. The rest have been treated reactively.
