Personally, I think those last days of the war with Japan could almost be considered a sort of Epilogue to WW2. And obviously, just because it's an epilogue, doesn't mean it's not apart of the story as a whole.Doctor of Doom said:Yes. That is not to trivialise the sacrifices of those who subsequently fell in the Japnese/American war, but that was just that: A Japanese/American war. THe 'World' war as it were, was over. There was no doubt that Japan would lose in any case. Of course naturally America decided that slaughtering thousands of inoocent Japanese women and children was preferable to losing many of their own troops.
