Hey Lars, can you show the poseability of RiD Prime?

It will take two posts you know.

In robot mode. He has rachet joints in his knees and hips. He has ball jointed wrists and ankles. His shioulders and elbows are 90 degree swivle joints. He has a rotational joint in his waist too. In battle mode he loses 3 points of articulation (ankles and waist).

No it doesn't. It's one reason his battle mode is so bulky and blocky. As it has to hold up that ackward ladder.

It's not a huge deal.

I believe that the actual ladder itself is screwed into the red base part. However I really wouldn't unscrew that. It's a double rachet joint. Which means you've got 4 springs forcing two toothed plates together. Beeotch to get apart, huge beeotch to get back together. When I was 9 I unscrewed my Ultra Magnus arms, and wished like hell I hadn't.

Fine but I only have two right handy.

The second was my first attempt to put captions in a pics. Didn't turn out well at all. I have quite a few more BW figs than those though.

So would you say RiD optimus is in a semi-decent scale to say Ironhide?

Sort of. The movie Voyagers might be a little big for putting next to RiD Prime.

Hasbro is behind on production. Who knows what will happen with the movie line. It's slowly trickling in. It may remain like that or it may hit big time all at once.

Well there is more than likely going to be a big production run for X-mas. Most are saying that October maybe, November for sure, there will be TF's in stores.
