I swear to god if they screw venom over and make him this pawn to be placed in a battle royal at the end only to forget about brock as a character and then bring in "Carnage" i am gonna flip sh** and boycot. I really hope that part of the qa is not true. I would hope that some of you agree too that carnage should not have more time on screen then venom would have.

well I always liked venom,not die-hard,but still....I'm just glad to see him in a movie...period. the q&a costume sounded good, and if eddie/origin isnt the same then so what? Im sure in costume, it will be venom.
I mean VENOM VS SPIDERMAN VS SANDMAN VS GREEN GOBLIN in one fight with an 80 foot sandman.....next summer! come on!!!!!!!!!! I never expected to see a decent spiderman movie ever! lets not take too much for granted....

Totally agree, and I still don't buy that we will ONLY get what would basically be a cameo from Venom. One of the things that makes it hard for me to believe laki. And even IF it was true... THINGS CAN CHANGE. At one point, we were NEVER going to get Gwen or Captain Stacy... and then. The fan's have a voice, and believe it or not... Sony listens (reads). I cannot, and REFUSE TO believe that Sony/Marvel, Hell... even Raimi with his "lack of love" for all things symbiote... would regulate Venom to such a degree.

I honestly think that they're going to figure out a way, to write Venom out of the movie and leave him as a cliffhanger. If not, either way, I think we'll see him again in his own movie with Spidey.

They said they didnt want a cliffhanger, thats y i say make it look like Venom was killed by Harry and Peter. Kill Harry, have Venom kill Sandman, and end the "trilogy". Then make 4-6 and have the symbiote return.

it was on an old interview with Sam, he said they didnt really want a cliffhanger, and the Q&A says you see the symbiote slip off. That's not a big cliffhanger, just shows it slipping off

Q.How are are 3 villains defeated if you know?Plus who dies?


A.The death of the villians are still under tight wraps.
Sandman is unknown, Venom is impaled with a pole, and Harry bites it while saving Spidery from Venom.

Again, this is all under tight wraps and could change between now and when production wraps up.





Q.I take it Sandman and Venom team up?Isn't Gwen Stacy their kidnapped victim.

A.yes they team up in the end and kidnap Gwen. They toss her in a car held high above a construction on Venoms webbing. The webbing isnt holding well, thus the car looses hold and so goes gwen. Gwen tumbles down....

Q. Also how are the villains created?

A.Sandman is a theif who gets caughts in an atomizing project in a field while being chased by cops. Hes falls into a "sand bowl" where the machine atomizes him into the sand that is in the bowl. Sounds lame but looks cool.

^ i don't like the whole sandman and venom teaming up thing. i'm not really a believer of these q&a's, i only truly believe things that come straight from sony, but if you ask me, venom is a loner and him teaming up with anyone just isn't right to me.

i'll take some of this. just as long as venom doesn't team up with anyone, that he is against everyone (especially spidey), i'm happy.

i mean it would be an awesome way to end the trilogy. a huge fight, and venom killing sandman stays true to comic and shows Venom dont need a partner. harry coming and saving pete also stays true to comic as he saved pete and then died.

hmm this is less convincing than the earlier stuff he said. gwen tumbles down along with a suspended car? well? does......she die or not? Meh, Im just waiting on a GG2 image-if theres nothigng goblin like bout him, Im gonna believe the Q&A totally.

I would like to see venom on his own trying to take spider man out.

You have Spidy trying to defeate both sandman and venom.
Venom taking out Sandman so that He can be the one to kill Spidy
Sandman fighting off venom while trying to kill spidy.
Harry trying to get revenge but realizing that his "best friend" is better then these other two creeps.

Venom Kills Sandman over who gets to kill spidy.
Harry sacrificing himself by taking a blow by Venom to save Spidy.
Spidy defeating-NOT KILLING- Venom to save maybe gwen or whatever the reason this showdown took place.

Like i said before if this is the end of his character i will right many nasty letters to sony and raimi. Because they dont have to kill him.
