This thread has probably been done before, but not in the last few weeks or months...but yeah, whatever...choose 6 other members of The Hype! you think would make an interesting cast of characters living together in one house.

I've never watched the show, but here.

I'd do a casting but we don't have any ****s on the Hype and I'm a firm believer that every RW cast needs a healthy amount of a-holes and ****s.

no but that cast doesn't even seem like it'd click dynamically. the only one that i even talk to "in depth" is bamfer so there's no reason for me to be on that list. i've hardly ever spoke to the other users, which isn't a knock at them. it just means i don't fit on that list?

and i've never seen Lost or Spongebob thank you.

That was entirely the point. It's not supposed to be people that hang out a lot or even get along. It's supposed to be jerks, *****es, and ****s that don't know each other, fighting and complaining over stuff. You should add Real World to your list, thank -you-.

Actually, who would you have on the island with you in Lost would be an interesting question.

Also, no one ever truly knows anyone else here when it comes to questions like these...I mean, if you can choose 6 people from here you actually communicate with, more power to you....other than that, people choose by passing glances.

The Nice Girl
The Weird Girl
The Naive One
The Jock
The Model/Musician/Actor
The Angry One
The Psycho
Token Black Person
The Nerd
The Ethnic One
The Gay
The ****
The Ex-Soldier

find 7 members to fit 7 of these categories and you've got a cast

and i've seen every season since Boston. and IMO, when the shows got more about drama instead of the "7 strangers picked to live in a house" that's where the show went downhill

Lost is really complicated, because that's live or die....If I -HAD- to pick someone from here it would actually be either you or Lobo. As both of you are intelligent and serious enough to be useful. Not saying anything bad about anyone else, but I mean you guys seem like the Jack's and Locke's of the site.

I guess. I don't watch it. To me all seasons are fake and stupid. I've seen episodes, when nothing else was on and laughed at how bad of a show it was. Well, I guess you could say that I like hating it.

Yeah. That's why I hate everything besides Lost, Scrubs and Family Guy or South Park. And Scrubs just ended..

But, no, VH1 is all about these fake "love" shows. It's annoying because, I'd actually think these shows would be cool if they were real, but it is fake by it's very nature.

A celebrity, of any significance (so even a D list)...Would meet people through agents, friends, or through clubbing at expensive celebrity spots. They wouldn't meet possible stalkers or any old riff raff through a tv show.

As for things like Real World, they are fake because they're not filming "people" together having a good time. They're filming people that had profiles that contrast with other members of the show and then recording when they conflict in real life.

and the best part of the drama of that show, was that it came naturally.

*a friends suicide
*castmember battling a disease
*the slap heard round the world
*relationships between cast and crew (big no no)
*fights, friendships, bffs etc

I wish the "Real" World would start being real again

Hmm I guess I could fit the Nerd or Naive category...not sure. The only persons I can think of to have on my cast would be EML or Kritic. They'd be great for stirring the pot.
