One of Claire would be better.
that would have been good when I was playing CV. Maybe I'll add her in the future.

But back to the controls, yeah you have to be patient. I hated the GC controller when I started Zero and thought it would turn me off from the game but after an hour or 2, I got used to it and I love it now. Not perfect but it does the trick. I thought that contrller was better suited for the first few RE games than the PS2 one bc I simply could nto use the analog stick to move for CV

Each to their own. If you can take the game and learn it fair on you. Thumbs up.

I beat Res Evil Zero last night. Overall the game was alright. I loved the 2 character gameplay. I would love it if it made a return in a future title. It actually worked better than I thought it would. I loved Billy. One of my favorite characters from the series. I didnt care for the storythough. Probably my least favorite of any RE game. Some questions. Spoilers of course

1. There is evidence all over the game regarding Wesker and his ties to Umbrella. How could Rebecca and the rest of Stars not know about this in RE1?

2. Was Billy guilty of what he was accused of? What happened to him after the game? I really didnt like the ending as it didnt seem to resolve much.

Next up Resident Evil Remake!

Good for you, sunshine who knew!

I know you would think the stars teams that go to the mansion would know...but most of the stars team die before they can leak any knowledge.

Never confirmed although he says he was framed we never know. Maybe in RE Chronicles on the WII we will find out.

But Rebecca is in direct contact with Chris throughout RE1. Stars member may be dying but those 2 certainly didnt

by the time Rebecca got to the mansion in RE1 I think the reality of the situation finally hit her, and she went into shock...that's also why I think she acts like such a dumbass through most of RE1 as opposed to the confident, strong woman she came off as in Zero...post traumatic stress syndrome...so she wasnt thinking clearly enough to tell Chris, plus the subject didnt come up at all...

No discussion/arguments man: Alice sucks.
I had no prob with her in the first movie.
Anyone like the movies? I mean anyone actualy OK with them as movies not just game conversions?
Forgetting about the game connections, I was ok with the first one, even liked it. The 2nd one was a mess all around. For a movie to be action oriented, it was very messy and blurry; Breaking a zombie's neck should not stop them; Too many mentally stupid people survived.
they werent about plot development and character development though...they were like Transformers, or any other Michael Bay style summer action movie...they were about blowing crap up and violence and sex...and they work on that level...they dont work as RE movies, but they're decent generic zombie action movies.
Yeah.
As zombie movies go there are many better ones. I don't feel the action was that great either.
More worse ones though.
I didn't even bother watching the Resident Evil movies after I saw the previews.
As for the game...I find myself not playing that long because I get the case of the nerves and quit because REmake (to me) kind of make you tense....especially when you get into it.:oldrazz: :woot:
Chicken.:oldrazz:

Any one getting the RE WII title?

I know I am :woot:

god RE has a special place in my heart.

It was my first game that I REALLY got into gaming.

I love you Resident Evil.

actually breaking a zombies neck would stop it, if we're going by Romero rules...any severing of the spinal column should in fact stop a zombie...

I'm getting it, definitely...

Where can I get more information on that RE Wii game?

or the writers of the Zero story f--ked up with one big plot hole

I just hope they remove a couple of things from RE4 in 5. I really don't think there's a need for radio communications between the player and the outside world. If done in the classic way (RE2) it would be better but pointless bickering between the protagonist and a dwarf about the "script" is God-awful writing on Winick level. The Weapon's Peddler was a popular feature in 4 but I dunno if I want to see it in 5 really. Who's gonna sell you the weapons in 5? Some gun-runner for Al-Qaeda (which would be an interesting twist)?

I'm liking the machete though. Too bad I haven't seen it in action yet.

If limbs go flying at the swing of a machete my head is going to explode with cherubs of joy.

Any tips on RE Remake? I know that zombies turn into Crimson Heads after you kill them. Is it worth killing zombies or should I just avoid them? Is ammo abundant in that game or should I conserve as much as possible? How does this game rank in terms of difficulty.

What I did, was just run around them. Take a few bites, its worth it. Trust me. I forgot but theres this area where you find the first one, your going to place the fake key to get the real one. That whole hall way gets busy so what I would do is not kill any zombies in that hallway. Its the same hallway where you get the arrow head. But the Crimson heads are the least of your worries in the game lol :cwink:

Its funny how last time I beat that game, and I still remember most of it. :yay:

EDIT: Forgot to answer your other questions.

It depends on what part your on in the game for ammo. Also depends on how you play the game.

For me I had a lot of handgun bullets and shotgun shells. Magnum I had bout 6 rounds. The game gets really hard in some parts. Hunters are...well you'll find out soon.

Theres this one boss, forgot her name but shes really tough, shes in the gated door in the entrance of the game. Now THATS a boss battle.

Lisa Trevor, and I don't think you can kill her, or at least I never have. I just try to avoid her when I'm forced to head down to her shack.

Yes, I'm definitley getting the Wii title, The Umbrella Chronicles. While I'm not too big on the House of the Dead style gameplay, it has been confirmed that we will get to visit the Umbrella Compoud/Head Quarters. I just hope that Capcom shows an iota of originality for this area and designs something new, dark and twisted, as opposed to just using the laboratory Alice escaped from at the end of Apocalypse.

Not looking forward to fighting that....:wow: :oldrazz:

You can kill her by knocking her off in to the abyss. I think you have to push the stones on the corners. :yay:

Has anyone here beaten the PS2 version and gotten the Hand cannon? It says that there are two ways to obtain it.

1. Get five stars on every mercenary level with all the mercenaries.

2. Beat the game twice.

I beat the game twice but I don't see the hand cannon available?

First way is the only way, and I gave up. Too bloody hard. Blah.
