If you take a look at Arkham is is pretty dam close, doesn't bother with white eye, I don't really think that it's that important, but Nolan will probably make it logical and subtle than than a super stylized look i think.

Just on a quick note!
I heard rumours years back, that it was actually intended that Anakin, ones crossed over to the dark side, should've cut off Jar-Jar's head! Apparently, Jar-Jar was dumb enough to try and sweet talk Anakin in to coming to his senses, and than Ani should have cut off Jar-Jar's ****ing head with a light-saber!

But as I remember, Lucas thought it was too much.... haha, too much. I can only emagine the applaus it would have received in theaters, if that had actually happened! I freaken hate Jar-Jar Binks!

Who gives a flying crap about the CGI TMNT movie? I certainly did, but to continue that little debate would digress a little farther off topic than I want. Anyways, back to Batman... he did have the lenses in Batman Forever didn't he? I mean, I'm not sure you could say that's "as intended" but they were there. And as for this Rise of the Joker business, I'm still wondering exactly what it is that we're getting, even with this recent interview claiming it's the first 5 minutes of the film.

Still, the Turtles didnt have white lenses in that movie, only in those two scenes. They actually had eyes in the film, which was pretty decent for a movie about turtles with non-white eyes.
