Is this the Rise of Jar Jar thread or Rise of the Joker thread? I could quite tell....![]()
No matter what that is NOT the Joker.
This is great news, not only is the footage for I am Legend confirmed but Batman will have white lences.
I like that it wont be like that all the time, I kind of like being able to see the pupils and such but its awesome that there going to do that.
I cant wait to hear more on this film.
I don't know if I would start declaring it confirmed just yet... have you seen any other sources or has WB verified that Chris or Roven said these things... nope. And do you know anything about the crediability of this site..???
have they reported this independently, or are they citing the german piece, or saying such and such has been reported? There are a couple of sites that have reported this.

The sites mentioned new things to their set visits independently of each other. And again, it was confirmed by crew...so I'd say it's confirmed.

2:09 PM TEXAS TIME: Director Chris Nolan and producer Charles Roven talked to KINO.DE and here's a bit of what they had to say (Note: translated via Google):
* As we already know, The Batman (Christian Bale) travels to Hong Kong. Producer Chuck Roven confirmed TDK‘s Asian trip, but would not reveal why Batman goes there. “Gangster hunting” was mentioned.
* The new Batman suit will be equipped with “lenses” -- some sort of Bat-sonar equipment.
* That prologue that will be shown in IMAX in December is the first 5 minutes of the film.
* Here’s a translated quote from Chris Nolan: “[THE DARK KNIGHT] is not ‘The Joker Begins.‘ We did not want to tell how The Joker became what he is. In those five minutes [of the prologue], we show how The Joker goes from being a small-time crook to Gotham‘s greatest villain. It‘s like ‘The Rise of the Joker.’” Thanks to all the BOF'ers for sending the heads up!
