That suit is a piece of crud. Not worth 1/3 of what it says it is.

Not only that, but those pictures were originaly red and blues. They were photoshopped to look black.

I'm pretty sure it's a scam.

That auction is for a spider-man trading card.
The suit is there in description and picture, but it says at the top:
"This auction is for a spider-man trading card"
then says you will get a "free" black suit.

Because it is "FREE" they can't be held liable for lying.
There is no way around the fact that this is indeed a:
SCAM.

Besides it looks fake too.

Wams suit:

It's made by a guy named Ollie overseas.
and it' really isn't too hard to get into since the back opens up like a hatch... It also helps if your flexible :-p
It's dye subbed, and shouldn't be worth more than $2000 including labor.

Ollie's done a good job on his suits, but not the best. Or at least, other's have far greater potential with theirs.

WAMS: I understand that you're proud of your new suit, but c'mon, don't leave the rest of us hangin!

Each suit has individual aspects that a creator has done the best on. For instance, Wams' suit, made by Ollie, is a great suit overall, he's done most of the process on his own, however complete, it lacks the accuracy of the movie suits.

Dang man, Ollie's suit is a GREAT suit, and you look GREAT in it. Don't get me wrong on that.
I just don't like the fact that you're allowing people to praise you like it AND you are the best... When there are other suits out there that are ALSO very good.

Ollie's isn't the best. it DOES have flaws, so does mine, and every other suit out there so far (unfortunately). And i'm willing to admit that. It doesn't look like you are. AND Mine doesn't even fit me perfectly, btw. Should i start listing the things off about your suit? I'll do it with mine too, if that makes you feel better. Honestly, Schuurkes is wiping the floor with both ollie's and nayef's suits right now.

It'll be easily forgotten the faster this thread gets to page 130.

BTW, opinions about real life people are completely irrelevant based on the comments made through the internet. For instance the difference between using caps in one word can make the difference between an enlightened, informed, and intelligent conversation: and a frustrating, ultimately pointless internet battleground.

There's an opportunity to remain respectful here, even if not in agreement. That's an opportunity for people learn something new, OR waste their time and others' by bashing, name-calling, or putting down. That is not respect, that is childishness.

I don't think any less of any person here, no-one should. Because it's the in-ter-net. Use it for fun, learning and sharing. Otherwise it's really pointless to be on here. Now i'm going to go outdoors, get some work done on the house, get a tan, and work out. It's healthy, fun, and fulfilling... i bet a good number of you would benefit from something like it. Try it out sometime :thumbsup: It certainly accomplishes more than sitting on the computer seeing who will say what next.

Yes, Ollie makes the best suits. His look the most screen accurate. It doesn't matter who you think makes the best suits. It's the results. Look at the real deal and then look at Ollie's suits. His are by far the most accurate, followed by Nayef. Schhurkes suits don't appear to have the proper shading and texture, and he is using Ollies webs. They look good, but not accurate.
